Service description
What the Abundant Impact DISC service includes.
An online behavioural assessment service for individual reflection, communication, team development, and facilitated workplace discussion.
Service overview
Abundant Impact DISC describes behavioural tendencies across Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. It does not diagnose a medical, psychiatric, or clinical condition and does not define a person’s fixed identity.
The service is operated by ABUNDANT IMPACT SDN BHD, company number 201901000875 (1310201-K).
Client administration
- Buy coupons through Stripe for USD 5 each, with no tax added at checkout.
- Create participant records and organise them by team and cohort.
- Assign one available coupon to one participant and set a deadline.
- Monitor coupon status, participant progress, deadlines, scores, and authorised reports.
- Use automatic reminders 14, 7, 3, and 1 day before deadlines, or send a manual reminder.
- Review and approve reports individually or in bulk.
- Generate eligible group reports and submit participant-deletion requests.
Client administrator access requires a verified email address, password, and multi-factor authentication.
Participant assessment
A participant enters using the assigned email and coupon. Both must match the client assignment; no one-time email code is used.
The participant confirms their assigned details and supplies job function, seniority level, and country. These details support authorised sorting and group analysis but do not alter the DISC score.
One coupon includes one assessment and one individual report. The coupon is redeemed when the participant starts. A started coupon cannot be reassigned, transferred, cancelled, or reused, but the participant may return to an incomplete assessment with the same assigned email and coupon.
Individual report
- Primary and secondary DISC styles.
- D, I, S, and C score breakdown.
- Behavioural summary, communication approach, and work preferences.
- Motivators, stressors, strengths, possible blind spots, collaboration advice, and growth recommendations.
The client approves a completed report before release. Approval gives the client and participant access to a secure online report with browser print and save-as-PDF support. Access lasts 12 months under the retention and deletion policies.
Group report
A group report requires at least five completed assessments and every active participant in the selected group to have submitted. It includes a scatter chart, DISC distribution, average scores, style combinations, communication guidance, likely friction points, collaboration advice, and guidance on leading the group.
Group findings describe patterns in the selected group. They should not label individuals or infer intelligence, morality, mental health, or future performance.
Master administration and controls
Master administrators monitor clients, purchases, payments, coupons, deadlines, progress, failures, and totals. They cannot open private reports unless time-limited support access is authorised with a reason and case reference. Support changes, coupon interventions, report access, and deletion approvals are audited.
Coupon and payment terms
- Price: USD 5 per coupon.
- Minimum purchase: One coupon.
- Coupon validity: 12 months from purchase.
- Entitlement: One DISC assessment and one individual report.
- Cancellation: An unused coupon may be cancelled without a refund.
- Payment processing: Stripe, with no tax added by the platform.
A client-set deadline cannot extend beyond the coupon expiry date. Failed, abandoned, or unverified payments do not create coupons.
Service boundaries
The standard service does not include personal coaching, facilitated team workshops, customised assessment questions, manual score changes, guaranteed email delivery to a recipient’s inbox, or support for a client’s device, browser policy, network, or mail-filter configuration.
DISC may support communication and development conversations. It must not be the sole basis for hiring, dismissal, promotion, compensation, or another high-impact decision. Use role-relevant evidence, structured interviews, fair processes, and human judgement.
Access, privacy, and retention
Report access ends after 12 months. Assessment data covered by optional research consent may be anonymised after the access period. Other assessment data is handled under the approved retention and deletion policy, while financial and audit records may be retained for legal and accounting requirements.
A client administrator submits a deletion request, and an authorised master administrator approves and records it.
Support and provider
Support is available at admin@hrdcorptrainer.com, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Malaysia time, excluding Malaysian public holidays. Standard first responses are provided within three business days. Privacy or security incidents and complete platform outages receive a first response within six support hours. These are response targets, not guaranteed resolution times.
