Client onboarding guide
From account activation to approved reports.
Use this guide to activate your administrator account, buy and assign coupons, monitor participants, and release DISC reports.
1. Activate your administrator account
- Open the invitation sent by Abundant Impact DISC.
- Verify your email address and create a strong password.
- Set up multi-factor authentication.
- Save the recovery codes securely, then sign in to the client portal.
Administrator access is personal. Do not share your password, authentication code, or recovery codes.
2. Buy assessment coupons
- Select Buy coupons in the client portal.
- Enter any whole-number quantity, starting from one.
- Review the total at USD 5 per coupon, with no tax added at checkout.
- Complete payment through Stripe and wait for confirmation.
Verified coupons appear in the client portal and the purchase confirmation is emailed to the client. One coupon provides one DISC assessment and one individual report. Each coupon expires 12 months after purchase.
Cancelling an unused coupon does not create a refund. A started coupon cannot be cancelled, reassigned, transferred, or reused.
3. Prepare participants
Create each participant with their full name, email address, organisation, department or team, and cohort.
Check the email carefully. The participant must use that exact assigned email with the coupon. You may edit participant details before the assessment starts; later changes require support and create an audit record.
4. Assign and send a coupon
- Open the participant record and assign one available coupon.
- Set a completion deadline no later than the coupon expiry date.
- Review the email and deadline, then send the invitation.
The participant receives the assessment link, assigned email, coupon, and deadline. Automatic reminders are scheduled 14, 7, 3, and 1 day before the deadline. You can also send a manual reminder.
5. Participant assessment journey
- The participant enters the assigned email and coupon. No one-time email code is required.
- They confirm their details and supply job function, seniority level, and country.
- They accept the privacy and assessment-use notices.
- They start and complete the DISC assessment.
Starting redeems the coupon. The participant can save progress and return with the same email and coupon until submission or the permitted access ends. Participant details support sorting and group analysis; they do not change the DISC score.
6. Monitor progress
Use the dashboard to monitor deadlines and coupon states: available, assigned, started, completed, expired, cancelled, and refunded. The refunded state is reserved for exceptional payment reversals.
The client receives a completion notice. For a missing email, ask the participant to check spam or junk folders and confirm their assigned email before contacting support.
7. Review and approve reports
- Open the completed report queue.
- Review reports without changing calculated DISC scores.
- Approve reports individually or in bulk.
Approval emails the client and participant and enables the secure online report. The report supports browser printing and saving as PDF. Access remains available for 12 months under the retention and deletion policies.
DISC describes behavioural tendencies. It is not a medical or psychological diagnosis and must not be used alone for a high-impact employment decision.
8. Generate a group report
A group report becomes available only after every active participant in the selected group has submitted and at least five participants have completed.
It includes the scatter chart, DISC distribution, average scores, style combinations, communication guidance, likely friction points, collaboration recommendations, and guidance on leading the group.
9. Reassign, cancel, or delete
- Reassign or cancel an unused coupon before the assessment starts. Cancellation does not provide a refund.
- Contact support for a participant change after starting.
- Submit a participant-deletion request through the portal. A master administrator approves and audits it.
10. Get support
Email admin@hrdcorptrainer.com from your registered administrator email. Include your organisation, affected participant name or internal reference, expected result, actual result, and event time.
Do not email passwords, authentication codes, complete coupon codes, assessment answers, or report files. Standard first responses are provided within three business days. Privacy or security incidents and complete platform outages receive a first response within six support hours.
