DISC terms of use

The rules for using this assessment.

These terms explain paid coupons, assessment access, report approval, cancellation, and responsible use of the DISC service.

Accepted use

  • Use the assessment for reflection, coaching, leadership development, team development, and related guidance.
  • Provide truthful participant details and genuine responses.
  • Do not try to interfere with the service, another person’s report, or the admin tools.

Coupons, payment, and cancellation

  • Each coupon costs USD 5 with no tax added at checkout and provides one DISC assessment and one General individual report.
  • Stripe processes payment. Coupons are issued only after verified payment confirmation.
  • An unused coupon may be reassigned or cancelled. Cancellation does not provide a refund or account credit.
  • A coupon is redeemed when the participant starts. It cannot then be transferred, cancelled, or reused.
  • Coupons expire 12 months after purchase. A client deadline may end access earlier and cannot extend beyond coupon expiry.

Report access and groups

Completed individual reports remain unavailable until the client administrator approves them. Approved portal access lasts 12 months. Reports are provided online and may be printed or saved as PDF through the browser. Group reports require at least five completed participants and every active participant in the group to have submitted.

Participant consent

A participant must review the Privacy Policy, these Terms, and the Intended Use statement before starting. Assessment-use consent is required because the system must process answers and identity data to calculate and deliver the report. Research consent is separate, optional, and has no effect on access, scoring, or report content.

Interpretation limits

This report is a behavior-style and coaching tool. It is not a medical or mental-health diagnosis.

It does not prove performance, career fit, or job fit. Do not use it alone for employment decisions.

Use the report with judgment, observed behavior, context, and conversation.

Report ownership and use

The participant and the assessment owner can use the report for the development purpose tied to the assessment.

The site, wording, scoring system, and report files remain part of the assessment product. Do not copy, publish, or sell them as a separate product without permission.

Availability and changes

We can update, improve, pause, or remove the service. The assessment version used for a completed result remains recorded so later product changes do not silently change that result.

Liability limits

Use the report as a development aid. People using the report remain responsible for decisions about roles, teams, hiring, promotion, and health.
